Paul Ringdahl

Paul has accumulated 29 years of experience that includes all phases of practice and most building and construction types. Paul started his architectural career in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1979 with work for major firms on projects that ranged from multi-family housing to office facilities, schools, high-rise multi-owner construction, and a variety of retail building types. Paul relocated to the Alexandria area in 1991 where he worked as a senior architect and firm principal/owner until he founded Ringdahl Architects in 1998.

Eric Norum

Eric received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology, with an emphasis on Architectural Drafting and Planning from Northern State University in 1992, and spent nearly 15 years working for a firm in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He became licensed in South Dakota in 2006. Eric has worked on a wide variety of building types and strives to provide efficient design solutions for each project.

Eric is currently a member of the American Institute of Architects and is involved with the Alexandria chapter of Sertoma, which provides service to mankind in the local area as well as supporting national efforts.

Dustin Tomoson

Dustin received his AAS Degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating Technology in May of 1997; his AAS Degree in Construction Technology in May 1998; his Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design in May of 2007 and his Masters Degree in Architecture from North Dakota State University in Fargo in May of 2008.

Dustin joined Ringdahl Architects after graduation and comes with 10 years experience working in the field of construction and design. He has been involved in a wide variety of building projects and in all stages of the building process.

Angela Jackson

Angela received her Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree from North Dakota State University in 2004, where she received high honors for her thesis on sustainable design. She has worked at Ringdahl Architects since graduation.

Angela has been involved in a variety of volunteer activities, including designing homes for Habitat for Humanity and serving as co-chair on her church's building committee.

Craig Oberg

Craig received his Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Northwest Technical Institute in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in 1995.

Craig has been a part of Ringdahl Architects since its beginning in 1998.

Richard Hardine

Richard develops project budgets.  He reviews plans for constructability and provides cost estimates.  He also provides construction management through his company, Infinity Development.

Robyn Stepaniak

Robyn received a Bachelor of Fine Art with an Interior Design concentration from University of Wisconsin - Stout in 2000. She has experience in both commercial and residential projects including retail, law firms, dental offices, restaurants and bathroom and kitchen remodels. Her role as interior designer is to coordinate with the architect and translate the client's vision into reality.
